They are good for the price ( heads-up they aren't cheaper anywhere else, so stock up ). I’ve been using them for a while now. They are great for whiten and maintenance. You don’t need to break the bank to have white teeth. Great for starter whitening. They are very flimsy , but eventually you will get the hang of putting them on.

I was trying to share photos, but my phone won’t let me. I noticed a huge improvement, probably 2-3 shades in just one session. I didn’t even go the whole 30 minutes because I have notoriously sensitive teeth. I went about 15 minutes and plan to use them a couple times a week, max. On the whitening scale I probably started at an 8-9 and after one treatment was at a 5-6. I smoked for 15 years (quit 2 years ago) and I drink coffee every day. My teeth are very stained. This product did a good job or cutting through the surface stains!

Easy to use. Just make sure your hands are dry. Be careful peeling the strips off. The adhesive cleaner side had a tendency to want to stick to the sheet. Careful peeling works. I am very impressed with the outcome.
