Returns: At Comari Commodities, we do not accept physical returns. All products are considered final sale in terms of physical return shipping. 

Refunds: However, we do offer refunds under specific conditions. Refund requests may be submitted for eligible reasons available within our system and are subject to review and approval prior to any refund being issued. Approval is not automatic and is granted at our sole discretion.

Timeframe & Conditions: All refund requests must be submitted within 90 days of delivery and must include a clear written description of the issue along with supporting photo evidence. Requests submitted without sufficient documentation may be denied.
