I ordered this product February 2025, and I have been thoroughly impressed with it ever since. (7 months) Especially given the price point, the flosser is incredibly effective and each setting and attachment provides a distinctive use.However, this week, the plastic flange to the water tank snapped off during a nightly refilling. I contacted customer service and they emailed back almost immediately and have send me a discount code to purchase another one, thanks to the business by the way. If in doubt, go ahead and order! This one is a winner and will make a difference in your oral hygiene routine!

Great product- dad approved

This is the second water-flosser (same product) I've gotten for my now-82 year old father. The previous one lasted years, and at one point, he told me, "that water flosser that you got me may be the best item you've ever bought me- it gets so much more in-between my teeth than floss ever did!" For a dad who isn't impressed by much- I'd call this a win!

Great quality

Inexpensive but great quality water flossers. I got these for my teenage boys in braces. They do a great job cleaning their teeth out!

It has taken a bit of practice but this really works well. I appreciate the larger tank for water. Just laugh at yourself when you water the mirror or your nose. You'll get the hang of it. I do use the softer setting and it works well. I hope that the latch that closes up the water chamber will hold. I know that other reviewers had problems with that. Just be gentle with it.

Absolutely love this thing! My second one. I had the other one for a few years and broke it. Love the fact that it doesn't need to take up space on the counter. Highly recommend!
